  Function            MSetThreshold - set double speed threshold

  Syntax              void MSetThreshold(int speed);

  Prototype in        mousehk.h

  Remarks             sets the double speed threshold in mickeys/second,
                      according the the paramter speed. If speed == 0 a
                      default threshold speed of 64 mickeys/second is
                      used. When the mouse speed exceeds the threshold,
                      the cursor's on-screen motion is doubled.

  Return value        nothing.
